The Carp Anglers Blog

Updated: Jan 23, 2020

Hello everyone,

I have decided to make my first blog on here to welcome you all, near, far and away.

I will begin by telling you about me as an angler and how much I love to get the rods in the water.

I began fishing with my older brother when i was about 6 where I didn't quite take to it as I should have, I loved football and spent most of my time keeping fit although I did spend time on the rivers in Scotland with friends pleasure fishing for mainly pike, trout and whatever we could catch. 25 years on I am out on the bank whenever I can fishing for carp in England. The limelight has never really been my thing so hiding behind this website and ensuring that the best information is given to those who really want it and more importantly those who really need it!

With all that said, I would be lying if I said that i do want to make this the best website possible for the carp angler from beginners to experts.

For me, the I found too many gaps on the net in which I was bouncing from site to site to get what I wanted and this is where this site aims to fill them gaps.

The site will evolve daily to fill every carp anglers needs, answers to the silliest to the most complex questions and a worldwide insight to where we can all go and catch big carp!!!

Feedback is welcome, critical to praise, although be gentle while the site evolves.

Anyway, thank you for reading and hopefully i will see you on the bank sometime.

Tight Lines!
